- Coordinate with Subsidiaries about performance management of operating asset and track all reports and business plan to ensure compliance with the shareholder agreement - Support to collect all information for reviewing in budget and KPI of each Subsidiaries- Provide analysis on investment return and/or impact from conditions change of key contract of Subsidiaries - Provide management report and evaluate in performance of Subsidiaries- Enforce obligations under shareholder agreement with Subsidiaries - Manage all corporate secretary tasks to ensure the compliance with the shareholder agreement and other related laws- Coordinate with Subsidiaries to update all obligation/law or license that relate to project development and operation - Coordinate with advisors and internal department (legal, tax, accounting, auditors, and technical) from time to time on behalf of Owner as needed - Research and identify new technology/innovation to perform performance monitoring of Subsidiaries- Perform any duty assigned by Company from time to time- To monitor technical and financial performance and compare with the budget/business plan in order to propose mitigations- Provide management report and evaluate in performance of Subsidiaries- Monitor business conduct of the company to be in line with Shareholder/Investment Agreement.
- Master's degree in MBA or Engineering, etc.- Education background in business, power and renewable energy or Experience in renewable energy or power business- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in business analysis/business development or subsidiary management.- Excellence in English, both speaking and writing.
